ATC MP began its activity in March 2005 managing the road signs of the Municipality of La Spezia, and on 16 May 2005 it started managing metered parkings in the municipality.
Today, with 15 Traffic Wardens, it manages:
– approx. 800 parking spaces on a rotating basis with parking allowed to cars only, without any Passes for local residents and monthly cards.
– approx. 9,000 parking spaces with no time limit.
On 1 July 2009, the Center/Hospital Park (largo Bione) was inaugurated, 140 parking spaces on a rotating basis.
On 17 September 2011, the park Center/Station was inaugurated, 218 parking spaces/boxes, of which 170 on a rotating basis.
The company owns the Parkennedy (140 parking spaces), and manages both the car park of the Mirabello marina, and the two car parks (Loreto and Fegina) in the Municipality of Monterosso.
The current corporate structure of ATC MP is as follows:
Municipality of La Spezia 70% ATC S.p.A. 29% Municipality of Monterosso 1%.
For technical reasons, the active bookings of the Center/Station Park will be suspended from 1 June to 30 September 2018.
In case of booking, the car may not be moved from the assigned space throughout the duration of the booked period, or the booking will be voided.
